Scotland independent from Great Britain!

Several months after voted against secession from the United Kingdom, Scottish gained independence - at least on the internet.

Government in Edinburgh has replaced the old domain "gov.uk", also used by the British government in London, with the new ".scot".
Now, on the internet site of the Scottish Government seems so "www.gov.scot", while the old one, "www.scotland.gov.uk" is not closed.".scot domain was introduced in September and so far has received more than 8000 incarnations ", announced the Scottish government, reports Telegraph.
Former Scottish Premier Alex Salmond, who led the campaign for Scottish independence in a referendum of September, for years has advocated the introduction of the Scottish domain name, arguing that it would "protect the identity, culture and Scottish economy".
Salmond has resigned from the post of prime minister and leader of the Scottish National Party after the defeat in the referendum, in which about 55 percent of voters said no to Scotland's independence from Great Britain.
