It prohibited the application to reveal private nude photos of women

Two men have been arrested for mobile application development that nude photos of women, obtain from their mobile phones.

Application concern was supposedly able to break through private accounts and take photos without authorization all the pictures that contain bare skin.
Breaking called "fusking 'deep through albums of photographs of women who do not doubt at all about the theft of photographs, being robbed them most of the photographs that they had sex on their mobile devices.
The pair who created the application thrilling now facing a long prison sentence and a possible fine money.
Brandon Bourret, 39, from Colorado and Athanasios Andrianakis, 26, of Sunnyvale, California, was arrested last week after the Apparently they had sold their application a considerable number of other users.
The application, called 'Photofucket', uses a trick that bypasses the security of the device and allows immediate access to private files held in the cloud servers.
Police suspect the application makers have so far managed to take hundreds of photographs and videos with nudity of women.
